"I hired Patrick to run the BI and Analytics lab at Rocket Software. Patrick is immensely talented. First he has tremendous knowledge of business intelligence, data discovery and data integration. With his talented development team, he built a revolutionary data discovery product that was used by IBM for mainframe applications. He is smart, a great leader, unafraid to take risks, and is very persuasive. He is an entrepreneur at heart but one that can work in any size organization."
Bob Potter - CEO, SentryOne
"Patrick's deep market knowledge, customer and product expertise made him an invaluable asset.. Patrick always brought the market perspective to the product requirements planning and priority setting exercises. Patrick was also very well respected by the customers as he gave honest and well formed advice and guidance.. His customer and specific product requirements were well formed and articulated in a clear manner.. His contribution was always frank and he made sure to challenge the team to deliver the best possible product."
Gene Villeneuve, Senior Vice President, Pythian
"Patrick has a strong executive presence with a strategic vision for his business unit, and has proven he can execute on that vision. He communicates his vision well to both internal and external stakeholders. Patrick is well respected by his technical teams for his strong grasp of the technology and where the products fit in the market. He supports and defends his teams, giving them credit for successes."
Steve Bireley, CTO, Lokyata Inc
“While the City had utilised economic data before, like most Councils we had never fully closed the gap between presenting massive volumes of publicly available macro-level information and tailoring that data to measure progress against our strategic direction. Patrick helped us achieve that outcome through the development of a fantastic new open and public data service that now provides amazing insights into Hobart’s social and economic inclusivity.”
Peter Carr - Director City Innovation, City of Hobart
"We retained Patrick to provide us economic data for our region. What we received was extremely high-quality, in-depth analytics, layered in creative ways that allowed us to truly understand what was happening on the ground. As well, he identified and analysed patterns and statistical anomalies, which helped us predict emerging trends and issues. Patrick is truly an expert in his field and a joy to work with. I would highly recommend Patrick."
